thats also why its hard to deal to other to get mortgages coz they want to have land.we try to get loan lkie 65000 then we will rent ythe land 255 monthly.my father inlaw also will co-sign to us.maybe you have friend who own a manufactured mobile house without a land .and please tell me how did they do that.our scored is fair.my husband earn for 30000 to 35000 a year.
