My payment gateway is not paying my money is there any way i can get my money back?

i opened up an account with www.merchantboss.net i was not happy with the services and there disapproval rate of the customers credit card so i closed my account ever since i am trying to ask my money back and they say that only after 6 months they will return the money this was not mentioned in the terms and conditions of the contract and since then i am trying to contact then but no one is answering my emails and the telephone number and address they have given in th website is not there actual it is dummy. can you tell me is there any way i can get my money back. thanks
