My package from Germany was sent to the wrong country. How do I track the shipment?

My package went to the International Mail Centre in Frankfurt, Germany and I lose tracking there. I have a Duetsche Post Tracking number but that only gets me to the IMC and I lose it there with no way to contact the IMC.
