Need help on Ebay?

I recently sold a collectible bottle on Ebay. This was my first time and I am confused as to how to transact business there. I still have to send the item to the buyer and pay Ebay for hosting the item but for some reason I am having trouble getting these two tasks done. Please, Somebody.....HHHHEELLPPPPP!
