my school bidding for lottery money to improve field centre.Bid needs managing, we have no money, any ideas?

The field centre is ideal for our inner city school children but it desparately needs improvements which the school cannot afford on its own. We dont want to lose it as it is so beneficial to our kids. We are not able to manage the bid as it is quite complicated and time consuming, equally we are not able to pay out a lot of money for the job so any advice on the matter would be appreciated.
